We accept both cancellations and returns on orders placed with us through our own direct website.

Cancellations:

These should be notified to us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations out with 12 hours may not be accepted due to the speed with which we process and despatch orders.

Returns:

These should be notified to us via email and all products should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns need to be in original packaging in an unopened and re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted where the above terms are not adhered to. Refunds will be made to your original payment method with 5 working days of our receipt of your return.
