Where else can I purchase your products?

We currently sell our Chocolate Gift Boxes and Chocolate Hampers directly through our online store and also via our ETSY and EBAY stores.
Why do your prices differ between your online stores?

You will find that we do rotate offers and discounts between our direct online store and our Etsy and Ebay stores. However you can rest assured that in all instances our direct online store will be our lowest price of all our online stores, and if you find this not to be the case then please let us know and we'll put that right for you.
What is your processing time?

Generally we aim to process and despatch all orders within 1-3 working days. During quiet months this will normally always be within 48hrs and in the run up to the very busy Christmas period this will be closer to 3 working days.
What couriers or postal services do you use?

We use a variety of couriers and postal services as detailed below: Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class Evri Postal 1-3 days Express Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class Fed Ex Evri Postal Next Day All orders in excess of £50 total value will automatically be upgraded to Express Delivery.
I am ordering multiple items, will it all be despatched together?

Our Chocolate Hampers and Photographic Prints are prepared and printed in house and so orders containing multiples of these items will be despatched together. Our Birthday/Greetings Cards are printed for us by a trusted third party and so these items will be despatched directly by our printing partner. We will endeavour to ensure that all items are despatched at the same time for prompt delivery.
When is the last order date for Christmas?

Our last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery will be the 15th December, all orders received on or prior to this date will be sent out in good time for delivery prior to Christmas day. Any orders received after this day cannot be guaranteed that they will arrive in time.
